With over 18 years providing services as both corporate safety director and private consultant, Mrs. Sheils has provide a return on investment to a variety of organizations, private industry, environmental, chemical and power companies, legal and insurance communities, and most recently the Cannabis Industry with technical consulting in OSHA disciplines.
Sandra’s experience with the Cannabis Industry includes both Medical and Recreational businesses of all kinds. Extensive research in established markets of Las Vegas, Portland, and Seattle has allowed her to understand industry specific risk. She conducted retail risk assessments at NuWu Cannabis Market and Planet 13 in Las Vegas, Vela, Diego Pellicer, and Have a Heart in Seattle with a focus on insurance reduction, public and community safety and employee training. Studying Growing/Production operations in Seattle both small large, indoor and outdoor farms to with a focus on ergonomic studies, process safety management, and comprehensive safety plans developing opportunities for large dollar savings. Combination indoor grow facility, packaging and processing operations from seed to sale were studied for risk control opportunities.
